A cross-country series of bike trails gives access to the entire Korean countryside. These bike trails are not just routes for professional racers or intense competition. They are a fantastic public resource for connecting to nature. Whether learning to talk to wild flowers on a peaceful ride or enjoying some meditation by the rivers, Korea’s bike paths offer an intimate experience for all who take advantage of them. There are extensive urban bicycling options as well along the Hangang ("gang" is river in Korean) passing through Seoul. Rental bikes are available at rental shops near Hangang bike paths for your convenience. If urban biking isn’t your cup of tea, rental bikes are also readily available on Jeju Island off the southern coast of Korea.
